D-Day 2029

Pipers went ashore with the invading force at Normandy on 6 June 1944. Eighty-five years later, Atlantic Watch intends to be there to play at the beaches, the cemeteries and the villages where the landings happened. Taking a full pipe band across the Atlantic is not cheap. Instruments, uniforms, flights and accommodation all have to be paid for, and the band is funded by its members, its supporters and the events it plays.
